TERRIBLE service at Toyota Tokai

If there was a zero rating, they would receive it. Unprofessional staff, terrible communication skills, service receptionist wearing slippers at work and most importantly, extremely ********* behaviour removing a part from my vehicle to replace and REFUSING to give me back the old part! I complained to management with an extensive breakdown of how appalling their service was with staff names and all required details. I missed one call from them and that was the extent of them trying to reach me to discuss the matter. My car was towed there - had I know what a terrible branch it is, I would have insisted the vehicle be taken elsewhere. Really not what is expected from Toyota South Africa!
