Terrible Service.

My consignment arrived at their Duban depot and they claimed that my parcel was out for delivery followed by a comment that no one was available to collect. We are in a retirement complex with 24hr security. If Buffalo did arrive at our address, then it would be logged by Security. I can guarantee that no one from Buffalo arrived. After a few days they changed the comment to say delivery complete. Every attempt to contact Buffalo was ignored. I now have another problem , Temu have resupp**** the order but Buffalo want me to pay VAT & Duty again. I have once again been trying to get hold of them again on their new phone number and the claim they could hear me and put the phone down. Once again emails are unanswered. How does this company continue to operate?
