Still Waiting for over a year

Having the car was great, never missed a payment but I'm still getting charged for 2 different service plans, even though I don't have the car. I called their service center to enquire about it, I was told "that it was stated in the contract" I've asked for that contract and the voice recording but no 1 has gotten back to me.... It's been a year and I'm still getting charged. I would say buy the car but the back office will rob you. So don't
