Still don't know what happened...

This complaint is in regards to Toyota Vereeniging.

We are currently looking for an Avanza as our family expands (we need more space).

We went to Toyota Vereeniging for some assistance in buying one.

When we came there we went with one of the dealers to discuss everything.

Once we got there the dealer could not even answer questions we had regarding the Avanza. He could/would not show us the showroom as we had to go ourselves. We wanted to buy a car that day yet we are still waiting for a response from the dealers. What is going on? We never signed anything and we were told that they will be in contact yet we are waiting and waiting.

How pathetic is this service as we went there last year and they was just as pathetic. Don't Toyota take pride in Customer Service or do they just not give a **** about sales?

I would like like to get some feedback and find out why they suck when it comes to service.

Truely pathetic...
