Stay away from Toyota midrand!

We decided to purchase a second hand vehicle from Toyota about a month ago. We found Hien at the dealership and we agreed on a vehicle that was on the floor. R50 000 deposit was paid and we finally picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately we realised the 30 000km Toyota quest was previously damaged(paint work on the bonnet) and the tyres are worn out. We go back and speak to Hein and Dealer manager and finally the agree to exchange the vehicle for another we are happy with however, it may have more kms on it. Its been 3weeks they have been giving us the run around. The dealer manager was in MP/KZN to collect more vehicles when they do finally arrive we are not contacted to come view but vehicles are immediately sold. Everyday last week we have been there, there's an excuse on whats happening. The dealer manager literally ran away on Saturday when we were there after Assistant manager claimed he knows nothing about the deal (which is a lie)had spoken to him. The assistant manager himself does nothing to salvage situation &tells us theres nothing he can do.<br> No one is honest in that dealership and their customers service/attitude is disgusting!
