Starlet - Poor vehicle!

I purchased a brand new Starlet 28 Feb 2022. By 3000km it was sent in for problems with breaks. Turns out, needed new drums, brakes etc. (ALREADY?) By 7000km it was back in there for same issue... Replaced drums, brakes etc. AGAIN!!! Car only did 7000km... by 10000km its back with the SAME ISSUE!!! Toyota SA have not been the best service or support. I requested a new vehicle, or to buy vehicle back, but all I'm being told is that they are aware of the Starlet issues and trying to fix them. But... I am 13000km using the vehicle... and 3 times brakes/drums/lining replaced! They cannot guarantee it will be fixed as they cannot seem to find a solution! They also cannot guarantee that brakes will not fail on me and my family who use this car daily. (They tell me the brakes will never fail, but when I ask for that in writing - I get told they cannot). Not only that - but the service guy at Durban North branch told me that the Starlets are proving problematic. Surely a 'recall' should be in place? I would not touch a Starlet if anyone is looking for one! I have proof of invoices the same parts have been changed and to this date - nothing has been done! And not taking seriously!
