Starlet cross car floor

I bought a brand new starlet cross in April 2025 and by October 2025 the car floor was lifting, you could see the floor plate. I took it in but it still came back the same. I could not even see that it has been fixed as it came back creased and had bubbles.I’m not happy at all with the starlet cross car floor.
