Spare wheel theft

I took my car to be fixed on Wednesday 25/05 at Toyota Rand Stadium at the Glen. When I got there the lady by the name of Deidre didn't pay much attention to me and told me to take a seat inside. She did no checks like VW would. Later when I went to pick up my car she also just handed my car keys and made me sign with no proper handover.

2 days later I noticed that my spare wheel was missing. They were so clever to place the tools under the passenger seat so that they don't make noise in the boot. I have since spoke to the manager Ricardo with no response. I have requested the video footage of us doing checks before I leave and still no response. They are the only people who worked on my car and no spare wheel in sight.

I know the policy of removing valuables in the car but I had no idea it included my spare trye.
