Spare keys

I had a very excellent service from a sales lady(Lorraine) from Kleksdorp Toyato 2 months ago, but I never received my spare key. I was informed that it will be cut and I will be called to collect, even today I have only one key. I understand that they have scored by getting a sale but how will I recommend people to their branch if they treat me like this?
