Spare key dilema

I bought a toyota avanza at Southern Toyota in January 2020. I was promised the spare key to the car within a week. I have been trying to get it, with no luck. I have even taken the matter to the dealership principal but he referred me back to the salesman and now in July 2020,I am still without a spare key. I am disgusted with their service and will never make use of their service again.
