Southern Toyota no care attitude to you belongings

my car went to Southern Toyota for a unplanned service and had left one of my valuable behind. and I got missing it was a brand new box of my new cellphone with its content excluding the phone and a voucher from samsung.

I contacted via email and phoned them and no response I physically went there and spoke to the service manager and he said he will get back to me. I am still waiting for that phone call.

the incident happened on the 18t of December 2018.

I wonder if it was one of they own personal stuff how they would react.

I will never go to southern Toyota Lenasia at all if I need to go will go else where
