Sold me a problematic vehicle

<p>With regards to the polo Tsi I purchased I am extremely dissatisfied<br />The vehicle has only been with us since Friday 3/02/2017 and we have already experience so many issues such as<br />Reverse gear is grinding<br />Car has a shudder <br />Boot was resprayed possibly because of a previous smash and we were not told about this<br />The badges are placed *****ed<br />Car had stickers on the roof which has been removed and the is scratches left behind <br />The car has cpi stickers on which means it could of been performance advanced which we also unsure of<br />Bonnet has a dent<br />Although we have been there this morning and had your guy drive the car to confirm what we have found fault with the car I am not prepared to let the car go in for repairs to the gearbox as it is a fairly new car and also I will not be able to get my price for this car if I decide to sell later on with the respray and scratches</p> <p>This is a beautiful car and it's rather upsetting that I have to go through this but it has to be done because I foresee problems in the future and do not have the tolerance for it as it's only 5 days we have this car and already have issues<br />I would like to uplift the deal done and return the vehicle asap as I have had legal advise and this has to be done it is within my rights according to the cpa act</p> <p>I have spoken to the dealer principal who seems to be quite ******** and refuses to take the car back</p>
