sold car without service history/ stole battery

We are highly devastated and shoked by the service from TOYOTA POLOKWANE. At first my mother bought a Toyota Yaris late 2011 and later to find out that the car does not have the service book instate they treated her a stubit and give her a service book for a Toyota hilux. What a shame. We strugled with the managers till to date and they still do not give the service book and when we thought it was the end of this thing. Now we sent in the car for service at Toyota dealership again in Polokwane. Car booked in by the gentleman by the name of Christian on the 19Mar15 on the morning and we feched the car late in the afternoon. when we got home we pakrd the car in the garage and the next morning the car refused to start and we checked the engen only to find out that our battery has been ****** at the workshop and they put the old damaged battery. We did report the matter to them and the Manager at the branch by the name of Andri told us that we mst go ot hell. That is not his Problem. Now I am wondering if they even serviced the car. I warn you guys in Polokwane to be careful with such Dealerships operated by ******s. POLOKWANE TOYOTA IS BAD NEWS. GO AT OWN RISK. B CAREFUL POLOKWANE
