Slow Service

I booked a service for my Car today at Pretoria North Toyota. My car was handed in at 6:45am to Elsabe for the Service. I took the Courtesy Shuttle home which took 2 hours as they had to drop people all over Pretoria. At 12:00pm I called for an updated and Elsabe advised that service was done but all other issues reported has not been taken care of and all of their technicians are on Lunch. She advised they might not be able to complete Service today. I called back and asked to speak to the Service Manger Johan. I was advised he was on lunch till 1:00pm. I am waiting for my update to see if a routine service can be completed in 1 day as with all other Brands.
