Slow bad service little to no comunication

I recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota centurion preowned. I stay in Amanzimtoti so the instruction was that the car should be ready on monday the 23rd of October at 8am for collection as i would be flying up and drive the vehicle back down to Amanzimtoti after flying up i recieved a txt from the sales rep stating that they will have to delay handing the vehicle over to me because of a paint defect I rep**** with a txt saying I'm already in pretoria... the next morning when I arrived at Toyota they pointed out that the entire right hand side of the vehicle had to be resprayed and about 80% of the left side of the vehicle they told me it would take 2 days I was in no position to stay in pretoria for even 1 more day as I'm a business owner and cannot leave my business unattended, with some negotiating we came to an agreement that I would take the vehicle and have it repaired for the said amount created by Toyotas spray painter. After many quotations I finally found a repair centre that could do the job that they under quoted for sent the details in to Toyota to make a payment on Tuesday the 31st of October telling them the latest I can take the car in would be monday the 6th of November as the painter needs the vehicle for 5 days in order to correctly do the work to have a factory finished result I made it clear to them the car had to be in by 7am in order for the work to commence so that I could collect the car on Friday as I need the vehicle for the weekend however the paymen was not made and it's mid day and the car has not been touched due to lack of payment.... I was told by many people that barloworld group looks after their clients and their vehicles are 2nd to none however my experience with them has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and a regret that I purchased anything from them at all after many phone calls made to Toyota they still have not stepped up to the plate
