Silver Toyota corolla

<p>I am very unhappy with the service that I am receiving from the Toyota in Gezina. I have been waiting for them to program the spare key for us since November 2016, they have been taking the car in for the programming and nothing gets done, Since November I have made alot of trips there trying to get assistance and nothing is still done. they would keek the car with the and pretend to be working on it but they dont. this is fustrating because i feel that because i am a woman they do not take me seriously, everytime when they keep the car for weeks with them this means that we struggle to go to work because we are without a car. this car is still new, we bought this car to help us in the home but it is never with us because they always keep it with them and do no work on it. i am very angry because this looks like it will never end. i call and speak to the manager Andrew de Wall all the time but he has not been able to assist me, everytime when i go there to check on the car it cost me alot of money and time away from work , this is affecting my work and pocket. Andrew never calls me to let me know what is going on i always have to call and every time i get some story that doesnt sound true. please help me. this is not fair that we are paying for a car that we do not have. Gezina is far from us, so if they cant get the spare key to work maybe they must admit and we will take it to a Toyota close to us.</p> <p>please help me.</p>
