Shocking Customer Experience and Service from Toyota South Africa Centurion branch

Kindly do not ever use Toyota South Africa - Centurion Branch my experience was shocking as a new car owner from my first engagement as a customer from day one as a new car customer. I was responsible to be the Sales Presentative and customer; follow up was a one way street from myself; transparency is definately not a value or mission within this Dealership. My car features were not even explained by the Sales Representative Angel Theledi not to mention the internal Acting FNI Ge Pretorius; including the Principal Dealer Pieter Kruger. From my experience if you don't buy a vehicle of R1mil your not classified as a valued client.
