Shocked at parts delivery time

<p>The cluster and console of my Toyota fortuner is broken and I took it to Hillcrest Toyota to be fixed. I was told they'd have the new part in February... nothing came. It was then changed to March. Still nothing. I have now been waiting 5 months for a part that should be very easy to source and replace.as Toyota is local and the factory is in prospecton!! Shocked at their slack service.</p>
