Shocked !!

Since 23 March we have been in the market to purchase a new vehicle ( Family sedan). We made a stop at a Toyota dealer to enquire after a Toyota Corolla, no specific model or colour. After going through the list we eventually decided on a Corolla 1.8 prestige in white. The dealers response after enquiry was that there was NO STOCK IN THE COUNTRY. NO STOCK?, but THEY ARE assembled IN THE COUNTRY !! One of the dealers then placed a order for one. Whenever we enquire we are told that the vehicle is listed as \Unscheduled\" In the mean time we are informed that Toyota has a policy of a 2 monthly price increase. So, if you want a vehicle, buy one of the floor ( Regardless whether it is your choice of vehicle) or buy a different model and take whatever colour is available... take it or leave it. \"Unscheduled\" means: When we get round to it, no hurry, you want it you wait, and take the price increase or go buy something else !! So, are the customers not important anymore ?"
