SERVICE PLAN

I was offered an extended service plan on my Toyota Etios last year to cover all service for my vehicle when it is due for a service, In May I booked my vehicle for a service and to my surprise there is no extended plan on there systems yet I have been paying for a plan since last year, I contacted the call centre to find out exactly what is the plan for an they stated its a warranty I specifically asked the consultant who sold the plan to me if my vehicle goes in for a service will the plan cover and he stated yes, the consultant that I spoke to said she will lay a complaint and I should wait till the complaints department contacts be back as I refuse to pay cash for my service that is why I initially agreed to take this plan out, I would like a manager to call me back regarding this as I have still not been contacted since the 18-05-2015 to resolve this matter.
