Service fail!

Worst service ever. Th small glass on my window broke on 20 December. A new piece ordered from Toyota SA on the 23rd who informed us that they were unable to get the glass from Japan until 29 January!!!! I pushed hard and informed them about aeroplanes and daily flights. Despite all this the glass was not replaced until 23rd January 2020. I had to hire a a car for 3 weeks because without the window my car was not insured!
