I bought a Nissan Livina from your Pretoria North branch last year at the end of August.
From the start I did pick up issues with the car but was assured that all was sorted after the gearbox was replaced and the mechanic gave us the heads up that there was no other issues.
This is our spare car and not used on a daily basis, last year September when servicing the car I noticed that the sump bolt was not able to come out. The bolt is stuck and it looks like you have tried to fix something on it using something like cold weld.
Now my question is:

1. If your mechanic was working on the car did he notice this?
2. If not how did he service the car before selling the car?
3. If he was the one that done this quick fix why was this done, and why did he not tell us. I see this as very unprofessional especially from a company like yours!
4. What else do you know that is going to be an issue on the car but did not tell us?

I did send a mail to the branch manager on the 3rd of February this year but to date there is no response from them.
