Seatbelt clip ****** after service

I took my car for a service on the 04/02/2016 at Toyota Rivonia.<br> I notice that my seat-belt clip of my middle back seat had been removed, it would seem that someone cut the elastic that keeps it in place and removed it. I had not received a call from Toyota indicating that they had my seat-belt clip and that it was a simply misunderstanding.<br> I would like my seat-belt clip replaced.<br> My back brake light-bulb and inside the vehicle bulb has fused and Toyota Rivonia refuse to replace the bulb free of charge, this car is not even 5 years old and the light-bulb of the car has fused???? Really, then the quality of the light-bulbs being used is poor.<br> My car was not washed properly, I suppose the fact that the seat-belt clip had been ****** would state why the back of the car had not been cleaned.<br> I must say the service at Rivonia Toyota has been deteriorating. I did not see the sense in bringing my compliant to the attention of the service manager, only to be told that they had not taken my seat-belt clip.
