A salesman took my money as deposit to secure the deal 1st week of February 2020.Ever since then it's been story after story. 1st it was the plant in Durban was striking then I was on a waiting list until the covid 19 were I had to ask him to give back my money rather. After asking for the money back he ddnt want to give it back because everything was complete I must just wait. Asked him to print for me something as proof that the application has been approved then he told me something about a memorandum. I have everything on my whatsapp and recorded some calls. I have tried googling a customer care number for Toyota but no luck.
