Sales Representative Lazy To Process Paperwork

After buying a vehicle, this particular Sales Representative failed to forward all relevant documents through to customer service with change if ownership with regards to car service plan and extended warranty.

Needless to say, the alternator has packed up and I am unable to work resulting me in loosing a potential income of R100 000. He is not to bothered either, basically he just doesn't give a damn.

Now if this guy had done what was supposed have happened, I wouldn't be in this predicament in the first place.
