Safety Features not working
My wife lost lost her income and due to resettlement we got behind on the payments of the vehicle. We are currently starting to get back on our feet again and is settling outstanding debts. It is needless to say although I have made all the payments as agreed a vehicle was sold to me that did not match the safety criteria and and accident like this could have resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries that could have been over millions of rands in expenses.
I need a vehicle to do my work as required from me and my wife need a second vehicle for the children and to be able to work due to my late working and traveling ours.
Accident / Incident, Toyota Fortuner 2010 Model, D-4-D not complying with safety features as advertised and / or sold. Note this was a brand new Fortuner D-4-D bought in 2010. Please note.
The vehicle rolled three times and none of the airbags was deployed and if my wife, friends and/or family were inside the vehicle it could have resulted in multiple injuries and/or fatalities. Toyota does not want to make any arrangements to finalize the incident regarding their faulty and un-trustworthy safety features as well as the arrear payments.
