Good day

We have purchased a Runx in 2006. This vehicle had 1508 km on the clock.

About two weeks back this car went for its 60,000km service (61,000km on the clock). On this service we were informed that they basically had to replace the engine. How can a vehicle with this less of km's need to replace an engine. There excuse is that we are driving with our foot on the clutch.

This vehicle was only serviced by Toyota dealers. a car with 61,000km on is basically a brand new vehicle.

We feel that they then sold us a faulty vehicle. We have put in a complaint on there national website. The customer care was phoned and you get transferred from on person to the other with no success.

No one is coming back to me.

Alet Coetzee
