Rude receptionist

Called to book my car for service. The lady at the switch board was just so rude to me. When asking her why she is loosing her patience with me, she rep**** rudely by telling me that I don't even know what the word patience means. She told me she actually doesnt have time for me just took my number and dropped the phone in my ear.
