took my Etios for a service when i went to collect it, it has a hole in on the side of the cover behind the steering wheel when i complained the parts manager came looked at it and told the sales consultant it will cost me a lot, i then told him it was not in this condition he gave me a grin and walked over to a white client and smiled with him, i felt so insulted and new what the problem was, i am a person of color. what a shame
