Rivonia Toyota - Shoddy!!!

<p>I have been following Rivonia Toyota around (from being in Rivonia Road to relocating to Sunninghill) for almost 11 years - well as of yesterday I'M DONE!! They are the biggest ********s one can ever come across. I was initially told that my Fortuner requires a complete clutch kit which will cost approximately R15000.00. On taking my vehicle for a second opinion, I was told that all it required was a little lubricating (gear oil) which cost R100.00. This week we took in two vehicles. One for a service, the other to be checked since the vehicle had certain mechanical servicing done during November 2016, one of them being the brakes. During the course of the day I receive a call that there were no brakes done in November 2016 (by the way the cost of November 2016 was R18000.00) which has to be done for an amount of R3,500.00. My husband receives a call to say that the cambelt has to be changed which will only arrive later in the afternoon. There was no cambelt change - just a normal service. We collected both vehicles and took them to another dealership. Well guess what Rivonia Toyota - myself and PLENTY other customers are unhappy with your shoddy workmanship, taking chances on peoples' vehicles but most of all on their loves as they drive these vehicles. Maybe a shutdown/new management/investigation, alternatively a complete overhaul, as no-one should be held ransom by dishonest people.</p>
