Retrain your staff - they are useless and i want my service

I bought a toyota from melrose toyota and the service i received from them is the worst i have ever had. i was promised that i would receive a service for the car before 30000km the car is only at 24000km and yet when i took it to toyota the salesman had amnesia on what i was promised. i was then told i must pay R3500 or no service. Conan **** and changed what he said i cant believe him he said everything when making the sale. But could not assist after car was delivered

Finally i receive a call today from Toyota SA stating that my car has service warranty up until the 8th October or under 60000. how can no one at toyota know what they doing

so my car actually could be serviced but toyota do not have the people trained enough to understand how to check on service warranty
