Request for own vehicle finance documents ignored

The following documents have been requested at least 4 months ago from Mr Yuvan Rathan at Market Toyota Athlone and to date I still have not received anything:<br> <br> Copy of vehicle registration document<br> Settlement quotation<br> Vehicle finance statement<br> <br> I have sent numerous email requests and also tried to communicate with him telephonically and every-time I have been ignored, no acknowledgement. I thereafter escalated it to his manager Ms Turner who has also decided to ignore my request. I feel that this is very poor service delivery and no way to treat a customer. I expect those documents to be sent to me by no later than close of business tomorrow.<br> <br> Cindy Dyers
