Repair

I called in yesterday morning around 8am to booked my car for repair I spoke to the guy by the name Raymond whom told me that I can bring in the car. Raymond advised me that the car will be ready today(18th Feb 2015).The car was towed to Toyota Pta Noord . <br> I then received an sms nonfiction letting me know that my service advisor is Charday, I called and asked her when will the car be ready and can I get a quotation then she told me that it will be 18th Feb 2015 however the car has been diagnosed and she'll call for the quote soon and she didn't call me. <br> When I called in this morning around 10:45 am ,she told me that she needs to confirm with the service guys.<br> When she return my call she tells me that my car won't be ready today and by the way their cars that we booked 3 days before my car and whoever told me that the car was going to be ready today(18th Feb) gave me a wrong information. In short she's telling that \her and Raymond"gave me wrong information.<br> """
