Refused service that is covered

I bought a vehicle in March 2017 from toyota gezina and when i took the car for service they refused to change the brake discs. I was told they are not covered even though the car is still inder warranty, has maintenance and service plans that i extended. When i bought the car i was told they covered by the sales guy and the finance lady who was helping me. Please toyota stop treating me like an idiot.
