Refund on warranty claim
I have a Toyota Hilux d/cab which I purchases new in August 2013 and now has 60 000km on. In December on holiday, the alarm started going off at times without anybody close to it (we were visiting in the Kruger National Park). I took it to Malalane Toyota as the were the closest to where we were staying and was told that they had to rewire to bonnet switch and the cost is ? R 1 300-00. I said but surely that should be covered by the warranty and was told no it is not. Anyway, the alarm went off again on the evening of 31 Dec 2015 and we returned home on 2 Jan 2016. I then contacted Toyota S A and it took them 2 weeks to respond. I was then told that Malalane will refund me. They asked for my bank details, I have supp**** them with that 3 times already. I keep on checking for the refund and was told a week ago that they are waiting for a manager to sign the document. I need to take my vehicle in for the bonnet switch again but want to find out my refund first.

ZenobiaSWARTZ [Email Removed]
[Email Removed]
