Rediculous Price

I am a single mother. I struggle financially without maintenance from my ex. I work 3 jobs, 2 part time to be able to care for my 5year old daughter. My mother passed away a year and a half ago, my dad got diagnosed with cancer. They are taking out his entire kidney 9oclock this morning at union hospital. I need my toyota etios to transport us back and forth from the west rand to alberton where he is, my service plan expired and thus i have to pay cash. I phoned toyota randburg and asked for a quote on setting my lights higher and replacing on break light, since i will be travelling at night after working to visit my father in hospital. After being onthe phone for about 15 minutes and being transferred to 5 different people up and down, they quoted me R889.22. My boss came to my rescue ans set my lights with a button inside the car for free...to 5 seconds. I bought a break light at the garage for R30 and the garage guy installed it. This is rediculous. I feel they are taking advantage of me as a woman to make the extra buck. I cannot believe they were trying to rip me off like that
