Reception unfriendly

I went to Thekwini Toyota in Kokstad to drop off a friends food that had been waiting for a vehicle brought in for a service. At the time I got to the dealer waiting area, customer had gone out of the premises for a short while. Because I could not wait for them to come back, I went to the reception to ask if they can keep the food for the customer. The food was in a paper bag bought from a well known restaurant... First lady I approached told me she was going to go out shortly and asked another lady (colleague) if she can help. Second lady asked for the customer name, which I gave to her. Then she suggests I go look for her service advisor!!! That I found to be a bit too much to ask from me. I feel the two ladies could have done better to assist, that shop is too big for me to go around looking for friends service advisor... I then got upset and left the place with friends food. <br> Having asked for the customer name I think they could have wrote it down and hand it over to the relevant person. I would then have told their customer who to ask for when yhey get back! Food packaging was no issue at all (safe).<br> <br> Regards,<br> Customer friend
