Radiator problem on brand new vehicle

TOYOTA ND 129 860 – REF. NO. *** Took vehicle in on the 11 April 2022 to Durban South Toyota – Prospecton to check the loss of water in the Radiator bottle. The service advisor Imraan Khan advised me that the radiator is leaking and that he has placed an order for the radiator, and it will be in within 3 days, and he will call me to bring car in to fit new radiator. He advises that I can take vehicle away and keep checking and topping up the water and it will be fine. Called Durban South Toyota – Prospecton on the 27/4/2022, receptionist informed me that due to the flood damage they will be open on the 3 May 2022. 09/05/2022 I called Durban South Toyota – Prospecton to speak to Imraan Khan the service advisor, I spoke to a Mr. Rama who said Imraan was not in, I advised Mr. Rama of my car problem and he said he leave a message for Imraan to call me. 10/5/2022 I called Durban South Toyota – Prospecton to speak to Imraan Khan, call was forwarded to Sne, and she said she will get Imraan to call me. But he did not. 10/5/2022 called Durban South Toyota – Prospecton to speak to Imraan Khan, call went to Sne again and I told her Imraan did not call and she said that she had given him the message to call me in the morning and she was shocked that he did not call me. 11/05/2022 called Durban South Toyota – Prospecton to speak to the Service Manager Keegan Govender as I was getting no response from Imraan Khan. Switchboard put me through to Sne again. I asked Sne to put me through to the Service Manager. Whilst waiting on the line the call got disconnected. I called Durban South Toyota – Prospecton again and asked the receptionist to get the Service Manager to call me, I left my contact details with her. 11/5/2022 in the afternoon I got a call from Imraan Khan stating that he did not get the messages I left for him with Rama and Sne to call me. He did state that he has ordered the radiator and as soon as it comes in, he will call me. I told him that this is what he told me on the 11/4/2022 and it is now a month, and he is telling me the same thing. Then he spoke to me about the storm damage. That is not my problem. Imraan confirmed that on the day I brought in the car for the leak inspection they did have a radiator in stock, but it is now damaged. I told him then why did he lie to me and say he had to order a new radiator as they did not have any in stock. I asked Imraan to get the service manager to call as I had left messages for him to call me and he has not to date. No call from the service manager. 16/5/2022 I reported the matter to Toyota South Africa and Lungi promised to investigate the matter and get back to me. She did not 17/5/2022 I called Toyota South Africa again and spoke to Shazia Mohamed and she asked me for a reference no. I told her Lungi did not give me one. Shazia said she will investigate matter and get back to me. I received a sms with the reference number and that it was assigned to Nishami Surajlall and Amiraj Rampathy. But I did not receive any calls from them regarding my complaint. 18/5/2022 I called Toyota South Africa again spoke to Phindile and she said Lungi will give me a call and that the EDA for the part was 20/5/2022. lungi called and I explained to her the urgency to get the car sorted out and can they not get me a courtesy car. She said she will speak to Keegan Govender the service manager at Durban South Toyota – Prospecton. Keegan Govender called me on the afternoon of 18/5/2022, stating he did not receive any of the 4 messages I left for him to call me. He only is aware of my case after Lungi called him. When I explained the problem to him, he stated that Imraan should not have released the vehicle with the leaking radiator. When I queried the courtesy car, he stated that they do not have any cars due to the storm damage and that even the salespeople do not have cars. He then informed that if I had bought the car from their dealership then he would have the salesperson to hire me car. This means that he has the provision to get me a courtesy car but chooses not to. 19/5/2022 I called Lungi from Toyota South Africa again with no resolve on the courtesy car. 23/5/2022 I called Toyota South Africa again spoke to Nomvulo and she was the supervisor for Lungi and Shazia. She was of no help to me either as she now says that the part will only come in on the 26/5/2022 as compared to what Lungi said on the 20/5/2022 and I asked her who do I go to sort my problem as this car is leaking a lot of water now and she said she will get in touch with the dealer principal of Durban South Toyota and get back to me.
