********** Purchase from CMH Toyota Umhlanga

purchased my vehicle from CMH Toyota Umhlanga earlier this year the service has been a total nightmare from day 1. The drivers side door was replaced with a sceond hand door upon purchase i was not informed about this(NON DISCLOSURE}...when brought to there notice there denied any knowledge of the change of the door.... i wanted the vehicle deal cancelled but.... took it up with Ombudsman eventually there ruled in Toyotas favour stating they didnt know about the replacement and agreed on replacing the door to the correct original colour door ... vehicle was sent for a door replacement , door was replaced with lower spec door. wrong handles where installed on the vehicle {lower model has locking system with key , my model is a touch]. then again vehicle needed to be sent in for ammendment, they replaced the handle from old door and colours dont match also has a dummy key lock that doesnt work. Dealing with Toyota CMH Umhlanga from day 1 of purchasing my vehicle had been ********** i certainly wont recommend CMH Toyota Umhlanga to anyone
