Promises only...non delivery

Why is Toyota editing my message on their facebook page?? I said I ordered a car and now a month later the factory has closed and i have to wait till 17 Jan 2016...is this service? How can contacting my nearest dealer sort this out?? Very very very disappointed in the service!! Why don't you phone me instead of deleting 95% of my message?
