prolonging of fixing a car

Our quantum was enloved in a car accident in venda and we towed the ca from venda to Johannesburg foster toyota eldorado park for it to be fixed and is been three month now but thenis not fixed when we callthem they ttelling us about the gearbox which is not acceptable and we dont have money for instalment and they are service is poor and highly parthetic and is not acceptable we can not wait for three month fornthe car to be fixed and they are taking us granted may is because we are black not white so weare tired ofthe wait they need to be responsible I mean is big company the service is very bad
