PROBLEM WITH NEW PRADO BRAKES

Problem with new Toyota Prado brakes - but Toyota SA does not see it important enough to communicate the nature of the issue to their customers. Reference number *** - I still await feedback of when the parts will be received or how the issue will be resolved. Irritated is an understatement.
