Problem with my vehicle, cannot reach Toyota SA to assist

Cannot reach Toyota SA. I have a problem with my RAV4, which is still under warrantee, but the local dealership cannot locate/fix the problem. Toyota SA need to assist, but no email addresses are available for complaints & the phones ring themselves dead. Nobody answer the phones. Left messages with their “bot” no feedback, as if the don’t exist
