Pretoria North Toyota

It has now been 2 weeks a still no reply or feedback from pta north Toyota (Raymond van Rooyen)!!In the last 3 months I have never experienced such bad and *********** service from anyone. Apon delivery of my new vehicle at pta north Toyota the speedometer was not working and the engine lights were on(brand new car)!The moment I drove the vehicle there is a vibration and the car can not keep a straight line. How do you guys do a PDI??Clearly the PDI was not done or is this due to *********** staff?? Since then the vehicle has been for wheel alignment 4times, wheel balancing 4 times! Smash and grab replaced 2 times! Rattles inside the vehicle! The rattles is still there, the vibration is still there. When I phone you (Raymond) you do not come back to me! When I mail your dealer principal(Lucas),he does not even reply, for the 3d time now! Where are the reports from Toyota SA were you send my car to for a week? You still can not provide me with any reports! I want this problem solved!!You are an example of a dealership that should not be supported!
