Poor workmanship and No accountability for service rendered.

Its been over 2 months of going back and forth with Toyota Westrand monument. Initial complain with roof rack coming loose. The first time around i collected my car the rack was covered with brown tape i left this for a few days and my shock when i removed tape the roof was loose nothing was done. Car booked again the second time around as they promised to replace both. Fast forward today im sitting with a car which is still not yet fixed. Im even wondering if these guys do proper service to our cars. No quality of service and no one takes responsibility.
