Poor workmanship and Customer service

<p>I took my Company hillux LDV for service and when i went to fetch the vehicle the battery was flat my 4X4 was not working and the 4X4 light was on and flickering. I went back to Toyota and told them what was wrong and they said that they dont take responsibility for batteries and that they can't help me with the problem,what they can do is check why the 4X4 is not working and why the light is on but will have to charge us for it. What upset me is the fact that the service consultant was there when i pick up the vehicle and saw that the battery is flat and just said that one mechanic must come and jumps start the vehicle with no concern as if it is me who run the battery flat. I am disappointed with the service as all our vehicles are taken to Rustenburg toyota for service and never had this problem before. Hello Peter please assist me for this is unacceptable for such a huge company to react in this manner. If it is because i am not the right colour to complain please assist me to amplify my voice. I feel betrayed.</p>
