Poor vehicle service

I have a 2015 Toyota etios that I took to Algoa Buffalo Toyota in PE for a service recently where I also asked them to check and replace my clutch as I could feel it was towards the end of its lifespan, unfortunately, against my instruction they only adjusted the clutch instead of doing a full inspection and replacement service advisor being Noluvuyo Matinise. I took the car back after service and realized the clutch still felt funny so I drove back to the branch to ask about it and they said it was fine and only needed adjustmen. Only just a few days later I found myself stuck on the side of the road as the clutch gave in just outside of EL, I contacted Noluvuyo Matinise the service advisor and she asked me to have the car towed back to PE which is 3 hours away from PE and we eventually agreed I’d have it towed to the EL branch, the car has been at the EL branch for the past 2 days with no update whatsover when I call EL buffalo Toyota they tell me to speak to the PE branch and the PE branch tells me to speak to the EL branch, send a friend in to check the this morning and he was told to wait 2 weeks, service advisor in EL is Zandi Notshe. Tomorrow I intend to fetch my car and have the clutch replaced privately, this is me discontinuing my relationship with any Toyota dealer, alongside all my other Toyota vehicles, extremely disappointed!
