Poor service from Vaal Toyota

On the 18 Oct 2018, I took my Toyota to Vaal Toyota to have the steering column replaced. Before replace the service agent confirmed with me that it was the steering column that was faulty. They replaced with a new part!!!. For One and a half weeks the car was quite, no rattles. Then the column started rattling again. I took the car back to Toyota. Their response was that it was not my steering column, but my steering itself that was rattling. I don't think they are been truthful about this. It is ether they did not replace the part or did not fit the part correctly. They are pointing fingers at other parts to cover up. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service from Vaal Toyota.
