Poor service from Toyota

Let me put it straight that my complaint is not against the dealer or the sales person, but at Toyota company. In the beginning of December 2023 I place an order for a Toyota Vitz Xcite because there wasn't one available in the whole of the Western Cape. The promissed date was middle January 2024. I enquired on the 10th and the system said between 15th and 21th. Cometh the 21st, they shift the date to not later than the 29th. 10H00 the 29th, the system shows it will be delivered at 14H00. At 17H00 the salesperson phoned me just to tell me it was not delivered. Further enquiries showed before 8 February, then showed 18th. At last it was delivered at the dealer on the 19th. But guess what? It was the wrong model. To make things worse, I was told that Toyota stopped manufacturing that spesific model. The sales person only found that out after requiring about my car. Do you think I have any reason to be the m**r in?
