Poor Service Delivey Malmesbury Toyota.

It is with huge disappointment that I write this letter to Toyota SA. I've booked my vehicle in for repair at Malmesbury Toyota on 2019-09-23. They undertake to start working on my vehicle on Vryday the 27th September. By October the 3rd they haven't start yet. I phoned them on Thursday 26th September to report that one of the tyres went flat and they must please repair it with immediate effect. To my surprise the next week, they have just ignore my request and never attend to my request. They phoned me on Wednesday, 2 October and told me that still don't know when they will start work on my vehicle, this to come days after they commit themselves to start working on the vehicle on 27 September. They don't even have the decency to apologize for the delay. This is very poor service delivery to say at least....not even to speak about professional work ethics. My vehicle broke down 27 km before Laingsburg which I've manage towing it to Malmesbury Toyota where it was previously being serviced, just to receive this poor service. They even have the odasity phoning me on 8 October to ask about the quality service I get at Malmesbury Toyota. This is really unbelievable. I however did report this to Toyota SA to a certain Mr Yasin who said that he will take it up with Malmesbury Toyota. Malmesbury failed horribly in apologizing for the inconvenience caused by their poor service delivery. I've managed to tow my vehicle away to Paardeberg Motors in Malmesbury who immediately attend to the problem and render professional service. Mr Henk Gerber, one of the senior mechanics at Paardeberg Motors Malmesbury left no stone unturned to deliver immediately to customer satisfaction. This is really remarkable and applausable and hopefully he will get the credit he deserved. This is definitely not the quality of service we expect from Toyota. This damage the image of Toyota tremendously and truly needs urgent intervention.
